Was wondering if anyone found a "good bass POND" in amarillo

I'm tired of going to all these local ponds and fishing my but off with top notch plastics and using every Technique known to man to catch bass in all the local " public ponds " here in amarillo

I noticed that all these ponds all have very very small cat fish in them I mean really small 3-6 inch baby flat heads I don't know but to me something ain't right in all these amarillo ponds. I been here in amarillo for about 4/5 years off and on and I have never caught a bass in these local public ponds and parks.

I have fished once or twice at the "members only" lol pond off Washington and and caught nothing not even a bite that was a few years ago, me and my wife were in that area and stopped by there to day the gate was open pulled in but it looks like the guy that owns it or owned it or who ever owns it now cleaned up all that nasty moss that riddled the bank but then again I just pulled in the gate didnt drive down there HAS ANYONE BEEN FISHING IT? Does Keith "I believe his name was still own and charge to fish there ?

Just a funny thing I noticed at these ponds you never ever see any FISH AT ALL AROUND THE BANKS SWIMMING? I'm from CA and every pond public or private you see bass or bluegill swimming around the bank? I think it's kind of odd that there's never any fish bluegill at Least swimming

Thompson park lake
South east park lake
I fished once at that pit off of Georgia and hillside, the pit off Steve's way the big one, I had never tried the one behind the YMCA, yet might try it tomorrow? After I drop my son off to school, in the morning

And I also tried south east park in canyon I always fish that pond been fishing there For a few years only caught 1 bass that was 7 inch lol I simply fish there to take the kids to catch carp lol you can catch 1000 carp there a day no problem

But anyway guy I'm a guy from CA that is use to catching bass and I'm so depressed cause I just haven't found a GOOD bass pond! Here I'm tired of catching small micro sized catfish and 1lb carp lol

Can anyone help a Fellow Bass Fisherman out

I'm only one guy and I'm catch and release only and I'm respectful of private ponds so I don't leave a mess or make noise

So if anyone has a bass sweet spot let me know I'm Dying over here I need bass thumb lol

I lived in Amarillo/Canyon no bass there. You need to move to dallas
