A lot of the smaller boat manufacturers give you very personal service. The Bullet folks are that way. I could pick up the phone and talk to the owner or a guy in the plant. I have found the Allison and Stroker owners and management to be very involved and interested in you total satisfaction with their product. The big guys just cannot give that kind of personal service. That being said, a lot of the big guys have great service. The key to a good boat is not needing the service that much

That's weird, I'm just a guy that bought a Charger Boat and I have always had easy access to anyone I wanted to talk to at Playcraft/Charger. They've always been very helpful.
