Decided to fish a couple of small creeks and the bite was good. Caught a nice variety of Bass in the 12 to 15 inch range, Bluegill in the 7 to 8 inch range, and some nice Greens in the 8 to 9 inch range. Lost a nice green in a brush pile.Rounding out the catch were a couple of Warmouth in the 8 inch range. All fish were caught using float techniques. The water was stained due to recent rains. The creeks were in good shape and both had good current. All fish were released to fight again. After a day of creek fishing hit the local Bill Miller for a nice dinner. Love their pecan pie for desert. Creek fishing and Bill Miller Bar B.Q. it don't get any better. fish

Thanks Robert, "CK" and "Dftiz" for the replies. cheers "CK": Nothing beats a Bluegill! I also like photo 4 the best. dance2 "Dfitz": I have caught Rios on one of those creeks. The other one is fairly new water for me. eeks I have only started fishing it for about a month. Once it gets warmer I am sure I will find some Rios there. hooked As for the rain I got just under 2 inches in my back yard meter. clap Talking with friends of mine who live in New Braunfels and the hill country they got anywhere form 2 to 3.5 inches of rain. dance2 Both creeks where I fished really looked good. Hopefully we get some more rain. banana (The RAIN DANCE).
