It probably does not bother the fish, but it shuts down catching them for a few days. That is the reason the barge is slow. We have had really unstable weather this winter.

The water temperature was 55 degrees a few days ago.

I went last thursday evening for the forst time in a few weeks. Nothin. One bump. For those of you who fish there, Gordon says they haven't been catchin much.

I wonder what the deal is out there. It's been they way for weeks now. Maybe they are staging up or moving toward the creeks now. That lake is so low that it makes me sad to see. I have no idea what the water temp is right now but maybe these cold fronts are keeping the temp down since it is so low.
