Just asking those that have thrown the XD10 what's your opinion on line, rod and reel ? Thanks

Throwing mine currently on a 7' MH Falcon Cara with 15lb Invisx and a 5.2:1 Curado. Not the best set up for it but it's what I have at the time. Want to try a Dobyns 805cb with it and a lower geared reel.

Those things are huuuuge! Got mine on a 7'6" BPS cranking Stick with 17 lb flouro on a Revo Winch ready to rock some deep fish.

7'10 Skeet Reese magnum cranking rod with a 5:3 quantum eco and 12lb sun line. Diving every bit of 25-30. Not sure how to tell for sure, was dredging in 22ft of water
