 When: 1st Date - Saturday April 20th .........Rain out/Bad weather date - To be Announced Where: Twin Coves Park on Grapevine Lake ..........Backup Location - Oak Grove Park on Grapevine Times: 8:AM - Until we get run off Saturday GTG Address:Twin Coves Park on Grapevine Lake ($5. entry fee) 4920 Wichita Trail Flower Mound, TX 75022  What to bring: Your Yak (if you have one), Lawn chair, A smile & be ready to have a good time, Share a fish story & rigging ideas, Eat & Hangout with some nice folks, Paddle the latest angler style yaks from Mariner Sails Of Dallas, Kayak Instruction of Rowlett & Mountain Sports of Arlington all morning & early afternoon. Saturday the 20th, there will be: Music, Food, Drinks, a Few Contest with prizes & raffle off some more prizes from our supporters! Camping & fishing will be happening ALL WEEKEND! 18th-21st  As always we WILL be raising money for Heroes On The Water.org. Please ask for the Donation Box. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=RcZuQXn4KSY No real schedule of events. Our GTGs (GetToGethers) are pretty relaxed. We will have contest, hang out & enjoying music, food, games, while we socialize and paddle some new yaks. We eat around noon n socialize & laugh as we give away prizes & raise money for our Wounded Veterans. Come out early to learn more about the group & this Fast Growing Addictive Sport! Look forward to seeing everyone there. Anglers, post up if you are planning on joining us. Date & Place make this a shoe in - count me in. Weather & schedule permitting my wife and munchkin will join me as well.
Fish Zombie - I know in the other thread it was mentioned that you might possibly need volunteers for various tasks - would it be possible to list out what roles/tasks you would need people for? I can't commit to anything yet but would love to know in general what you need help with so that as soon as I can commit I can let you know.

Searay, Sure can: - GTG gate greeter (7:30-9:am @ park gate) - Name Badges (call anglers over & inform whats happening) - Food help - Prob. Crawfish (round up folks, setup/clean) - Game coordination (round up folks & help keep score for prizes) - Raffles (get prizes out) - Camping greeter (point folks in the right direction share info at park Friday n Saturday) - GTG setup/take-down/help clean up - Our sponsors may need a volunteer or 2 to help them unload & set-up Hasn't been a problem at past GTGs. Just would streamline things & allow everyone to enjoy the day rather than having a handful of anglers doing everything all day  Very friendly n helpful group.
