I wasn't exactly sure where to post this...but since I hang around this corner of the TFF universe the most...why not here?

It was so disappointing to see what the now defunct Dallas Boat Show did to the old Outdoor Expo that used to be held in the Arlington Convention Center...Ugh!

But...much to my delight...I was so happy to see that Montgomery Productions had picked up that fumble and has run with it.

I spent most of yesterday at the Texas Tackle and Hunting Show at the Mesquite Convention Center....It was good to see a show of this kind back in DFW...even if I had to drive to the far side of the D...from the FW side of things.

There was tons of gear, with some awesome deals on clothing too.

..lots of local guides and boat dealers too.

I hope this becomes a new regular show.
