250# tarpon from a kayak.....might as well be fishing for marlin or tuna.
I've caught 70# tarpon on bass tackle. That was an incredible fight that took close to 30 minutes. I'm going back in July.

Found this on another popular yak forum.  Details: Gerardo Olmos getting tail lashed by a nice Blacktip Shark. This photo would be normal for most fishermen except the fact that this was Gerardo's very 1st shark from his yak . His good buddy was happy to chase him down to help coach him & capture this moment

Interesting. I think I have seen those guys before. They are alright in my book just based off of their sponsors. I personally rock Ocean Kayak and Exofficio on a regular basis .
