These marks started at Fork when I first moved to Texas. I originally thought I had some type of fatal disease and was seriously worried. Since that time the scars have dramatically increased thanks to a once special lake and have never disappeared.

I have a large area of scar tissue over my left ribs from this very thing.

Mine is more on my belly.The real scar is on the finger I hold the line with in front of the reel.Been cut so many times I think it has changed my fingerprint.

Every cotten picking frog fish this summer left a rod bruise for some reason. Fishing is really hard on us skinny guys lol. I dont think any rod hurt as bad as the old original All Stars back in the early 90's
