You can make some really easily with pipe and spring clips. They will be similar to the style of bee readys. Even easier if you can weld. Then you can use angle iron and u bots.

Make one of these and thread the end. Use a Driftmasters base.

Caribou ive seen the pics of yours and yeah i work in a welding shoplol. but does ur reel sit on that clip and the bottom of ur pole rest on the boat or what?

I cant see anything in that video but maybe i can get some rod and bend it like that or like a monster and thread the bottom and use a treaded base like the monsters..idk i will have to experiment alittle bit this week at work

Nope. I just put about 4" of the butt of my rod in the clip. That way its easy to pull out if you get a fish on.

I would show you mine that I jst made but I cant figure out how to load pics on this website. I have a 15 ft fisher marine which is just kinda of a bass tracker knock off jon boat and I just took a 10' piece of 1" 1/2 angle iron and drilled 3/8 in diameter hole in the angle iron and the side rail of the boat and welded 6 2" u bolts on it, and it works great I also instaled white LED lights on the upper iside of the angle iron that shines into the bottom of the boat and dosent blind you while you fish.

I will post pics of what I use. This is what I like and they work for me. May not work on your boat. I use square tubing for my riser and it slides into a base made of the next larger size of tubing. The rod holders are made using 1 3/4 X 4 1/2 inch u-bolts. I squeeze the u-bolts together some before I weld them on and it does a great job holding the rod correctly even in a 20+ mph wind. I like this because it works out the side for anchoring and drifting. On the days when there is no wind and you still want to drift I turn the back 2 risers to face out the back and now I can use my trolling motor and drift all I want. I have a total of 4 risers in my boat. 2 in front and 2 in back and that allows me to fish a maximum of 16 rods.
