 Okay ladies and gentleman it's time to get your fish on. This is going to be a benefit tournament for Heroes On the Water with half of the proceeds going to them. We will have bass and catfish tournament Friday September 28th from 6 to 9 p.m. Here is the kicker, if you show up and volunteer at the Rise event Saturday September 22nd, Jason Foshea from Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine will cover half of your entry fee. Big Bass and Cat pots will be $5 but here is the twist, bass have to be 18" minimum and cats 21" or the pot goes HOW. The weigh in will be at the campsites.

 I'm in on the bass tourney! I have to work the 22nd or that would be a "GREAT" deal. You guys need to take advantage of that. RISE is a good thing and fun to do.

Lake Grapevine Meadowmere Park (Perch Ln) 9am - 3pm www.riseadventures.orgIt promotes outdoor activities for those with mental and physical disabilities. We spend the day escorting those on the water. If you have a tandem it would be very helpful to bring or let us borrow.

I wish I could be there on the 22nd, but too far, HOWEVER I will be there the evening of the 28th to help in anything I can do. This will be my first HOW event, excited by about this.

I'll be there early Friday and intend to fish the tourney. Let's get some smack talk going!!! I'm going for kitties and am looking forward to beating the catfish king!!!  Therefore, you trash fishermen are safe!!!  So, that's me and Dale. Cmon KI guys jump in!!! (I'll be fishing The Brazos on the 22nd, sorry!)
