Claims to be a sit-on-top version of the Ultimate line, and it'll come in 12.5' and 14' versions. It appears to take a feature or two from the Jackson line(hi/Low seat and tackle tray slots). This should go head to head against the Ride 135/115 and Jackson Cuda 14/12 and Coosa.

I wish it had an enclosed bow hatch instead of the open area. I have to have storage inside the kayak for camping purposes. The more the better. Looks like all the kayak companies are going to copy the jacksons now

Looks pretty sick. I love my U12 but have been thinking seriously about getting a SOT because it drives me crazy that the Ultimates don't self bail. This makes more sense.

Gosh, my upgrade decision for the spring is getting harder and harder! I'll have to give this one a try if possible!

Daveg99, the new Slayers front storage area is the exact size as the Ultimates.....so you can put one of the Native Fish Bags in that spot which are water tight and a nice addition. Also they will have hatch options available. This will be a killer yak. My hope is they will come out with the Propel Slayer! THat will be an unbeatable kayak!

That looks like a very sweet ride for sure. It says that a hatch cover is optional. I saw a thread about stability of Coosa & I would not own 1, give me the RIDE ^^^ Always believe what you read!!!

Coosa , Ride, Slayer. (Chevy,Ford,Dodge) Paddle all buy the one you like.
The groove track and battery box are cool. I think all fishing yaks will have groove track on them standard pretty soon.

The 14.5 looks like a great boat!
No info on their site is there a rudder option?

As far as I can tell there arent any hatches on this. How do you store your rods inside the kayak on it? Even with a cover on the front hatch it still wastes a lot of available space inside the hull.
