This is a mobile home located across the cove from County Ramp. It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and has 2 baths. RATES Per Two Fisherman: $100 per night, 2 night miminum. $550 per week. $1,500 per month RATES For Four Fisherman: $150 per night. $750 per week. $2000 per month. For a week or longer there is a washer and dryer. If you would like the trailer cleaned it is a $50 cleaning fee.

Trailer is fully furnished. It has a BBQ Pit. It will have covered parking and a private boat ramp with a keyed gate in the near future.

The weekly rate is for 7 nights. The owner works on the place every weekend from daylight to dark; so it want take him long to get started. This will be a full cover over the trailer with a deck out back to cook on. There is already a boat ramp in that neighborhood that has just surfaced. They put it in the last time the lake was low. All they have to do is clean up the shore, move a few rocks and cut some bushes. It is accessable through the same gate that the other ramp is at. You will have a key to the gate when staying at the trailer or the Condo appartments.
