Well just read a report on Fork.Says the stabalized warm weather has the spawn rolling .Fish in all stages of spawn all over the lake.Also said about 30-40% fish have spawned so far. Saying good sized post spawn fish might be our bite couple of weeks from now. Top waters then deep baits.Just sharing what i read is all.

Anyone know of a good campground close to a good place to fish?

Looks like there is a campground close to the park we are weighing in at. Not a clue about the fishing though.

The SRA Park where we'll be Weighing-In is a day use only park, so no camping allowed. Just a heads up.

Like 10years ago i think i camped at Stella's .Check there ,it would be the closest to check in. Not sure if they still let u camp their though so check first.

I think both the minnow bucket and oak ridge marina have areas you can camp at. I have yet to find a place at fork with "state park" style camping but if it's just convenience you're looking for these are both just across the bridge on 154.

There's a right by the lake down there that has great food. A slice of their chocolate pie makes it worth the trip. I haven't been in a couple years but I will be going again on the trip. It's called Tiffany's Restraurant http://www.lakeforkmarina.com/tiffanysrestaurant.htm

Oh Tiffany's is inside Lake Fork Marina. Has anybody check on prices availability on Lake Fork Marina?
