I see others having the same issue on BBC. Thought I'd reach out to fellow TFF-ers to see what y'all have done. I have an 02 ZX250 and it just started acting up. Push the power button and nothing happens. I checked and have power on the distribution panel assy. Anybody else had this issue and how did it get resolved? I understand the power panels are not made anymore and I'll have to get it retrofitted to an older style rocker switch panel. If you retrofitted to the older switches, how does it look and function now? Thanks!

I have a 03 ZX225. My panel went out two or three years ago and had to have the old style rocker switches put in. Honestly I don't think they look quiet as good but okay and have not had a single problem which is the most important thing.

Who did the retrofit for you? I guess functional is better.

Had the same issue. not as streamed line as the panel but, functionally better. Have an issue with lights, live well etc. its a simple rocker switch not the whole panel.

same here, have the same boat and year model. Had to go to the rocker switches. NO other fix. I liked my old panel. But its not the panel its the brain box. I had someone send me a panel that worked and switched it out, plugged it in and it did not work.

Thanks Don. That's what I suspected...that it is probably the terminal control box that connects to the power panel.

I contacted Carling Technologies today the application engineer was nice enought but then answer was...no more parts and I'll have to retrofit to the older style switches. Oh well, I had to try. I would think the newer Skeeters use something similar. Got a buddy with with an 06 ZX225 and his switches look the same. I have not looked under his dash though.
