I would say average 4-5 feet but there are lots of spots with 10-15 feet of water. Saw bass boats about a mile west of 377 bridge. Water is muddy but clearing; didn't seem to affect the bite, plenty of fish being pulled out.
And as far as daughter GONNA make a nice fisherwoman, heck, she's already there! She was surprised though when we started pulling in two at a time on one line.
Oh, almost forgot, she wants to know why ANYBODY would just throw trash in the creeks. She made a nice little pile of retrieved garbage in the front of the boat.

Has anyone fished about a mile up past 377 Ive heard people call it elizabeth creek or bowl, theres a water pipe that feeds right there and I've seen some nice blues caught out of it and I myself have had great success with the sandies

oh, forgot to add: my younger daughter (in the pic) asked if she could smell the eggs when I cleaned the fish. "Smell the eggs?", I asked just to be sure I heard right. She replied "yes, I've never smelled (smelt) them before." I'm very worried about her.

The water is slightly stained but its got at least 2-3 foot visibility.. thtats preety good for that creek.. We caghut a limit past henrietta hole on saturday.
