That's great! I have a pond close to my house, though it's not mine I am lucky enough to get to fish there when ever I want. Lots of big Bass and huge Bream in there. Sounds like you have a healthy pond.

dosparks, I remember posts from last summer I think that were about fishing that pond. Believe there are some good fish in there. If you fish it would you let us know what you catch?

THe pond i fished last year is still pretty dry it was a beaver pond and the beaver are gone...i think im going to take a shovel and do a litte repair work my self to get it to hold water... the one im talking about is just down from that one its only about 2-3 yrs old and pretty small... ive seen people fishing it and never really thought any thing about it but i know there is at least one big bass in there...i walked the litte stream that runs in to it and saw some bait fish so there may be more????? will update when i fish it...

Between my friend, son, and I we caught over 300 bluegill in a couple hours. Looked like spawn time, this was in the shallows. These were small but still so many fish can't complain

Took my sons out this afternoon, and we did pretty good. Between 3 of us, we got 10 LMB, up to 12 in. First 2 bass for my youngest (7) and his brother got 4. I got the other 4. All but 1 were caught on nightcrawlers under a bobber; I got one on a rooster tail, too.
