Nearly every time I go to Falcon I get some international charges from ATT. Sometimes you are picking up a Mexico tower even within sight of Zapata especially around Becon. They are always very willing to remove the charges but it is 20 minutes of your life you will never get back.(I'm cheap enough to spend the time getting them removed).
