Anything's good with a side of fried Spam! Chit on a chingle can be made in a variety of ways and in general is meat in gravy on top of various things. My favorite is Mrs Chad's: Sausage in white gravy on top of a pile of fried taters. It's the bombdiggity.

Chicken hearts in gravy over toast isn't too bad either. Not nearly as good as chipped beef though.
