I'm fixin to whip up some cracker batter for chicken fried deer. Havin Mashed taters and grilled veggies as sides. White gravy and biscuits. Heck yes.

well the freezer is full of deer, duck and dove... was going through it and found a bag of crappie from last year and just got done frying it... good chit I tell ya!!!!

Ate steaks at Toby Keith's for lunch. Probably go with grilled cheese samich with tomato and bacon and some cream of tomato soup

I cooked it to about 150. Wasn't sure about my thermometer placement, so I let it go an extra 5 degrees... I thought it turned out just about right.
