Fish gotta eat No matter the weather. Find the pattern catch the fish. It rained 9 inches in a day and a half last friday-saturday and we caught 20+ in our tournament Saturday. Fish still eat.

I think it depends on what lake your fishing. Some lakes produce no matter whats going on with the weather.. Lake Tylr has had big sacks all winter while others lake you could not catch a cold. Only way to know is go fish

I am gonna put on another layer of clothes and go find out. Even if the fish do shut down, at least I am not sitting at home! FORK BOUND AND DOWN!!!

Dont know what weather your talking about are where you are at, but here in east Texas its already been cold and the weather in the future is supposed to get warmer every day up until next week! I have really caught a bunch of fish in this cold weather for the past three days! So my answer would be NO! Go fishing, them big girls seem to like the odd weather!a lot of fish are fairly shallow also right now! Ummm...low of 23 with a high of 48 forecasted for tomorrow. I don't think that is a warming trend. Congrats on the DD.

seems like its just been getting cold and sh***y on the weekends and then warm and sunny on freaking Wednesdays....just my luck

Shut it down, now way, slow it down, probably. Some time during the day, the fish will be ON, now will you be in the right place and using the right presentation, only you know that!!

glad I am not able to fish tomorrow! if I was able, i would, and I would probably get sicker than a dog.. LOL! I'm able and was going... but will my frozen hands be able to feel the bite if I get it... won't be quite as cold as day old penguin poop but it's gonna be cold tomorrow mornin'!  in bed may just win the battle for me!

Went to grapevine last sunday. Wind was howling. my hands froze. Got snagged up and broke off several times. finally used up all my rigs and had to go home. Could not tie new knots.

I think I will just wait a couple more weeks and then the weather will cooperate and it will be game on,if the wind doesn't blow 30+ like it did every weekend last spring.

Went Sunday, pretty day while we were out in the morning, but COLD! Ice build up on rod and reel guides. New experience to see some interesting icicles scrolling out of the reel guide while winding in several times. 2 bites between us in 5 and a half hours of fishing, so I guess it's safe to say the cold front shut 'em down, at least yesterday... but next weekend will be another story!
