How is the fishing on this lake? I will be fishing this lake in April

April? It will be very windy; probably too windy to fish on the river. I'd find a cove to hide in and find an old creek to fish off of.

Toledo is good year around. Plenty of protected water. You will have a blast. Try housen and six mile on the Texas side. Turtle creek on louisiana side. That will keep you busy for weeks.
