When tilted in the up postion on idle the motor lose power and dies but when you trim it doown it run fine but smokes a lot. Any ideas would help

Does it do it as soon as you trim it up or 5 or 10 minutes with it trimed up? When it dies what are your restart conditions? Do you just trim it back down and it restarts fine ?Or do you have to squeeze the primer bulb

5 to 10 minutes it start to run bad and missing. If you give it more gas it will die but when restarting in same spot it will start fine but it will on last for shorter amount of time. I've change the pluse fuel pump and the hose to the tank and had the injectors clean and sprayed tested still same problems. If I run it on the hoses at home and do not put the motor all the way down it will not smoke until you do .

Sounds like it's flooding or has some water in it. Have you checked or changed the spin-on fuel filter?

Yes I have but what worry me I it not smoking when trim up and smoking a lot when trim down. I'm think the float is bad in the vapor separator

Float level in the VST tank is off.

Pulled float ok but filter on the fuel pump was pretty bad

Does it start runnin' rough and then die or does it just die as if ya turned tha key off?
