Its still very smooth, but I am contemplating a new set up. How do these compare to something like the h20 mettles? While im at it... for bass fishing in ponds what do you recommend for a rod length/flex? I usually throw 1/4- 1/2oz cranks or t rigged baits. MARKIT TFF Celebrity Registered: 07/01/05 Posts: 5483 Loc: over yonder	i have a cardiff 200 that has been used for about 7-8 yrs without a problem, good reels IMO Have never tried the Mettles
