Update, started checking fuel lines. The fuel connector on the engine was leaking. When I move the engine it would start leaking fuel and new bulb would not hold prime. I removed the fuel connector on the motor and the fuel line and plumbed it straight to the motor. No quick connect's no more losing prime and runs great.
The 90 psi still bothers me...but it is dead even across all cylinders. I was going to decarb it, but i took a bore scope and looked in each cylinder. The ports were clean and the cylinders still have cross hatch from honing so I am just going to run it! The engine is stock never been any major wrenching done to it. Thanks
