My buddy broke a guide off his brand new duckett rod on its first trip to Falcon and he contacted duckett fishing about possible warranty. After swapping e-mails for a day or two he was told it would be replaced and that he needed to send it to the warranty center....I sent in his rod over three weeks ago and the fed-ex tracking number said that it was delivered and we still haven't heard anything back from Duckett....the guy who originally was taking care of the e-mails hasn't responded....has anyone dealt with the duckett warranty?? Hoping we didn't get scammed although we got the address from the duckett website and the guys e-mail was @duckettfishing.com.

I have had to send back two ducketts because the insert in the tip guide came out. They sent me back brand new rods in a timely manner both times.

I had to send them one rod. I shipped it and almost forgot about it, then a couple of weeks later a new one shows up at the house.

I've had some experience with Duckett. On two occasions I've requested some micro guides that I put on myself. Additionally, I've broken two rods. One was shipped back to Duckett but on the second I was advised to use a hack saw and cut out the part of the rod that identifies it. In all instances I've gotten new rods w/o a problem or new guides. If you go to their website you'll find advice.
