When I delete my old trails how do I go about saving a trail that I do not want deleted so it will stay in the graph permanently?

Thanks guys.

When I want to keep a trail, I name it something that I will recognize tht is specific to the lake where I made it and be sure to not delete it until; like Jason stated it has been saved to a card.

I delete all my files every time I change lakes so I have to be careful with my wpts, routes and trails.

So Jason what I am hearing there is no way to save it to the unit itself so that it can not be deleted?

Anything can be deleted be it saved to the head or to a card. I keep my stuff on a card and two different places in the computer just in case I make a mistake and delete something important.

Go into your files and it will pull up your trails and waypoints. You can delete any trail without loosing any waypoint.
