I fished Fayette county today with Clay Lueckemeyer of Katy and his cousin John from Milano. Clay had the upper hand on most fish while John managed to land the biggest at 8.25#. Nice calm day on the water. Fished averaged out 5#+, with several 7-8#s.

Bite was really lite, lost lots of fish half way to the boat. They ended the day with 39 cats. All caught under cork, using
CJ's crawdad punch bait, in 9-15 foot water. Fish are really loaded with eggs, spawn will be within the month.

Way to go Weldon, you the man. I am going to have to look you up when my brother get to houston in March. Get him, my cousin and I to go to either fayatte or somerville. You know, meet half way trip.
