I don't think him being the celebrity is the problem here... we sadly expect this from todays celebrities... he put him self in this situation with all his public speaking, God talk, and how he's turned his life around. No one has out Josh in this situation besides Josh

I agree with you Leonardo, However lots of young boys do not have a good home like yours with a good role model. Lots of times they are the ones who end up on the wrong side of the law.Being drunk does not excuse you from taking responsibility for the hurt you cause to others.
