Dart has had to quit running some routes in Dallas because of the crime problem. Shootings and robberies are pretty much routine in many areas of Dallas. Dart administration and management is right up there with the Dallas City council, and the Dallas Independent School District. Even Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price is currently under federal investigation.
