I think the fish really weight 20 pounds just happened to be full o chit,,,,,,,Ted an excellent capture,,,very well done, a Lady Bird Fatty for sure,,,,CONGRATULATIONS I've been fishing for Gold Bars for over 40 years and ya whipped my arse

Thanks guys. What was cool about this one was it was no where near the baited area. I casted without method and let it fly.
Chris, that was the first thing I noticed was the head size. When she rolled on her side both August and I were like DANG!
I will say that it came on a cut boilie. I will let the guys that let me have it to reveal the flavor if they want to.
Neal, I will be sure to catch a Koi before you as well! lol I already have a few FSM's. lol

That's a common tactic on LBL. ALWAYS have one rod out as far as you can throw. (unless you're Al- you'll be fishing on dry land, clotheslining kayakers).

Unfortunatley no, I checked today and there is no C&R record for Commons on LBL. It needs to be 30" to qualify. This one was closer to 38" in length. No idea on girth.
I garuntee one thing. The next 30"+ carp from LBL for me is gonna be submitted.
