I am proud to announce that a partial order of NuCanoe Frontier 12's and one NuCanoe Classic 12 have arrived one day ahead of schedule. This will guarantee that we will have a Frontier 12 on display Thursday for the 2nd weekend opening of the Dallas Boat Show in Market Hall as well as one on display in the store. (BTW, Mariner Sails was the first dealer to have their order of all new Frontiers shipped from the factory.)

Hope to see all at the Boat Show. Both the Frontier as well as Robbie and Shauns Kayak Fishing Presentation (on Saturday) will be well worth the visit. If you cannot attend the show you can still make an inspection at the store.

Happy to Zombie. There are many reviews, pics and video out there already. The two biggest complaints I've heard deal with it's weight (about 80lbs.) and that it's a little slow. Neither are an issue for me. Selling points for me are the ability to stand up and walk around (I have a bad knee), setting up in a swivel seat instead of form fitted into the bottom, the unbelievable stability of the thing (checkout the vids on the NuCanoe site) and scupper holes! I'll give you my honest opinion of it for at least a year, because it will take me that long to save up for something else if I don't like it! LOL! I don't think that's going to happen tho.

If you decide you don't like it, I'll take it off your hands... At a hefty discount of course.

I think I'm going to like it just fine FishR, but I'll keep that in mind!

The balance of our order, plus our demo Frontier 12 will arrive later in the week of February 20th. Mariner Sails offers no charge demos on Thursday afternoons at White Rock Lake, on the second Saturday of each month, and at various fishing related events. Give me a call to set up a reservation.

Mentioning the swivel sets, they are available in three colors: green/camo, black/charcoal, yellow.tan. The STS Elite seat has also been modified to fit the Frontier. All are currently in stock to inspect.

The only thing better than someone else's opinion is to try it out for yourself.

That video is the NuCanoe 10 and yes, they are very capable of all kinds of extremes That model and its 12' sister are now known as the NuCanoe Classic 10 and 12. Even though the Frontier 12 has stolen the show, the Classics are still in production and we currently have one Sand Classic 12 sitting in our showroom. They are a great yak and are priced several hundred dollars below the Frontiers.

Sounds good to me! Our already almost sold out shipment is scheduled to arrive on March 1st. Believe it or not, it is looking like we will need to place another order as soon as this shipment arrives.

It's Tuesday!!!

Just ordered my Frontier12 from Steve at Mariner. Ordered a few other things as well here and there. I try to imagine all the people involved in making the vision of my kayak become reality and I think to myself, "Hurry the hell up. I wanna go fishin'!!!!" :))
