Thought about getting the boat out this evening any helpful advice on where I might can find some crappie on lake pal would be appreciated

A little bird told me 41 fish between 13-17" were caught some where around that area yesterday!

I said it once and I'll say it again LOOK SHALLOW!!!!

I've just never had that much luck this time of year but thanks guys

I plan to fish LP today also, not sure where to start but read few weeks back some are catching crappie at mile bridge or near damn.

When Clay83 said shallow, that's what he meant . In fact, good #'s of big fish are being caught in the creeks where most boats can't even get to. A friend from work walked up one of the feeder creeks and waded knee-deep water for a stringer of toad crappie, sand bass & LMB.

Confused fish! not spawning, but staging.

+ 1 on shallow.Find your points, flats and timber near creeks in shallow water. Catching limits in less than 4ft.

Dang it! I am stuck on this boat for 2 more weeks!!! I guess they'll still be there for a while though! Man am I itching to get out there on some Hogs!
