The knob just fell off the handle. It's a left handed thread, but I can only get about one thread started, then it won't go on any further. Is it F'd?

Take the cap off the end of your knob. This should give you a way to tighten the knob back onto the handle. Use some Loctite so that it doesn't continue to back off on you.

I had to order a Calais DC handle once, wouldn't sell me just a knob it was like $60. frown

Happened to mine and I sent it in to the tacklesmith with another real and he said it wasnt a problem, she needed a good cleaning too
