I e-filed on 2/1 and received my refund by direct deposit today 2/6. Can't gripe about that at all. Good work, IRS and Taxact.com.

Tax refunds are for those that haven't figured out how to adjust their withholdings so that the government doesn't get to hold their money for them. Would rather cut them a check for what is owed than to let them have my money and not get any interest.....

A dreaded disease called dyslexic fingers in which your mind can no longer completely control the movement of your fingers which causes typos. Combine that with neuropathy that attacks groups of nerves usually in the feet but may progress to the hands and you lose feeling in the fingers. In other words I thought I typed the missing "s" and probably did but actually didn't press the key hard enough to make it work. Go ahead and laugh but it may happen to you some day but I won't be around to say I told you so.
