That place is awesome best burgers around in my opinion!!!

We had our Moritz Super Bowl party there yesterday and it was awesome we had about 50 guests at the party and they did a great job taking care of us as always...

The diablo burger is Murder!

Bloody Marie's are my favorite! The one in Downtown are a tad better. Great place.

Love me some Freds! Its funny that you posted this, my wife and I are heading there for dinner tonight. Freds north is less than 15 minutes from the house. If you dont have a spicy bloody mary while your there your missing out! I like North more than the downtown location food wise, but the atmosphere in downtown is hard to beat.

Buda they added some new items that are not on the menu for our Super Bowl party Quincy said they are going to continue to offer them. The new stuff that's not listed is Queso with guacamole, beef, and home made Chips, Spicy chicken wings, and fried Green Beans with Ranch. We had all the new stuff and it was great....

The Half Pound Fred Burger is $8.25 and includes a large order of hand cut fries that pretty reasonable especially when compared to what you get and pay at most of the fast food burger places these day...

I usualy just get the 1/4 pound Cheese Burger that's $4.75 to save room for cold drinks!!!

And your right the chili is pretty good too....

Their breakfast at the downtown is great as well. Don't think the North has breakfast though.

As far as the cold ones go they are so Cold they call em Cold A$$ Beers and for a good reason. The schooners are kept in an Ice Cream freezer at minus 38 degrees!!!

One of the best burgers in Ft Worth! Love me some Fred's! Been awhile since I have had a fix, need to remedy that!

Can you get a burger without the bun? Trying to drop a few pounds So I'm cutting out the carbs where I can. I have been wanting to try it out, sounds like 2 thumbs up on the reviews

Yes you can my partner from Moritz had 2 of them without the bun during our Super Bowl party. He's on a diet of some sort but he did have 2 half pound burgers with all the fixings but the bread....

AO I just sent that pic to Mae... I had no idea she did that!

Mae and I have been going there a couple of times a month since Freds North opened. We've taken Bankbeater there, Andi and Ivan Sanders from Talon Lures, and several other family members and friends. We always sit by the golden tee game and the cow on the wall in the bar. Unfortunately I was to sick to go yesterday so we cooked at home.... 6 more days of antibiotics and I'll have my Fred burger darn it!

I asked Mae, she said she's never heard of the place.

After I read this yesterday, took the better half and went to North Fred's last night. Burgers were good, fries were excellent and the Large Shiner Bock was icy cold.

Because of being able to buy a cold one here, I will give it a slight edge over Jobo's in Lake Worth. However, I do think the burgers and fries at Jobo's are better than Fred's.

Is jobos better than navajo burgers?

You should of had the calf fries and frog legs!
