Great food, but dang that's an expensive burger!
Their chili is pretty good too The Half Pound Fred Burger is $8.25 and includes a large order of hand cut fries that pretty reasonable especially when compared to what you get and pay at most of the fast food burger places these day... I usualy just get the 1/4 pound Cheese Burger that's $4.75 to save room for cold drinks!!!  And your right the chili is pretty good too....

Their chili is pretty good too Justinite you're just use to eating at Moms Cafe. She still thinks 1985. That's cheap for burger and fries of that caliber.

Their breakfast at the downtown is great as well. Don't think the North has breakfast though.

Dang Husker they have been in Ft Worth since 1978 you need to get out more!!!  As far as the cold ones go they are so Cold they call em Cold A$$ Beers and for a good reason. The schooners are kept in an Ice Cream freezer at minus 38 degrees!!! Rudy if you head North on I35 and exit Western Center it's on the left hand side in a shopping center directley accross from Burlington Northern...

Original is on Curry Street in Downtown North is on Western Center Blvd. head west off When you turn of 35 on your right in the back of the shopping center. I think 1st light after you turn off of 35. Sorry link is broke.
