He probably would have been ok if he was drunk in front of the Methodist Chrurch. Them Baptists don't cotton to no drinkin', dancin' or singin'.

Had he not been who he was, I am curious if he would have gotten a DUI.
yeah he had to of been driving. there is nothing but houses in the area of that church. so he got off with a slap on the wrist for being RT!
If he was driving, that's BS. If that were any of us, we would of got charged with a DWI and struggled to come up with the 10G's it would take to defend yourself.
