If I have a tank that is 150' in diameter and it's 35' tall how much water in gallons will it hold? The answer is not a chit ton.

Not on a circular tank. You have got to mix "pie" in there.

I may be wrong, it has been a long, long time since I've done any algebra, but I came up with 17,680,108 cubic feet. May have messed up on some of the decimals. Seems like an awful lot of water to me. If someone that has recently gotten out of school would chip in it would help. Let me know if I'm close.

Fouzman is correct.
The formula is as follows; diameter squared x .7854 x length x .004329 = US gallons
Its easier if you convert the feet to inches.
