Another gimmick or the real deal?

I saw some tournament fishermen using this method but it was hard to tell if it was a promotion/hard sell or what.

Basically what it is, IS....a large jig head with 5 separate wires that branch off. On the end of each wire is a swivel and a jig skirt/with hook. Made to simulate a group of schooling shad or minnows.

It caught a bunch of fish, but all of the guys said it was cumbersome to work and hard to cast after a while.

anyone here used it?

They work. Watched a couple guys one day using them and getting pickles. Made my own and caught double digit hybrids . Pain in the [censored] to use. You can do a three wire and use some of moes jigs on them.

Worm on a hook.
