I would assume that it all depends on the blade you put on it and its position while in the water. Its going to be hard to tell before you actually get one in the water.
Most swim baits will right themselves if they are balanced right. Often times if you buy the prepackaged ones from Gulp, Berkley, etc, they seem to never want to right themselves. Those are the ones to stay away from if you can help it. I find that the weight that is inside them is often times not centered right and it skews the bait while it is in the water. I prefer to buy the heads and add the swim body to them. You will get better product that cost less this way as well.
