Looks like it came up another 5.25" with the recent rain. Now 6.5' low. It's getting there. We need one of these fronts to stall for about a day.

The homeowners have pretty much dragged about 75% of the structure that was now on the bank out of the lake. It will need a whole new round of junk once the water comes back up.

Other lakes in the area are near flood stage (Livingston and Houston) while Conroe is still too low for homeowners to get their boats out of the lifts. Maybe it's Gods way of punishing the homeowners for ruining a great fishery again.

Hopefully they have all been sitting in the lifts with ethanol in them and when the lake does come up they will all spend a few more months in the shop instead of rocking the lake.
