Mark Perry TFF Guru Registered: 01/09/04 Posts: 29346 Loc: Bridgeport, Texas	Wife and I really like this one at Lake Bridgeport. They built it a year ago and still on the market for the low, low price of $500,000. The view is amazing as it sits up on a hill by itself. Also has a huge second story deck. everything in it is high end. We would love to have the same house built at Fork but its way out of my price range. Still fun to dream though. _________________________

I have a feeling it will be on the market a good while with its price. _________________________

Its been over a year and while we love the house it ain't in East Texas and that is where we will be when my youngest graduates. _________________________
