Does the white bass run any behind the spillway? Are there any access points?

I've seen people walk over there from the road going to pier 121 but I think it has a no tresspassing sign.

Turn left at the signal light going south on Mill St. after it crosses the dam. The area is only open on the weekends. It is a fee area.

ive seen people pulling out big hybrids right by right where the water comes out using minnows and enough wieght to keep the bait still.
