Why would you want to dilute your post count? You can argue with yourself all you want at 2 or 3 am and double your post count.

We have a guy here in the condo complex like that. His mom owns one, but doesnt live there. It's vacant. He almost sold it to me for a song last summer....that is until I figured out that he was a looney bird and didnt even live there, much less own it. He shows up on a bicycle from time to time, then walks around talking to himself.
