Hey guys, I've been offshore fishing a few times just on random catch anything that will hit a trolled bait. As luck would have it, we've caught a couple decent hoo's in the 50's. I don't know what it is about that fish, but it has sparked an obsession! Were currently planning a vacation, and I've talked the wife into a 50/50 trip. I get to fish half of the trip, then eat a little crow and do the lovey dovey stuff the other half. I've been researching this a lot and have seen some very nice fish caught in several different places like Cabo, Fiji, and the Bahamas. Where would you go if you were in search of a 100#+ wahoo?? I know there's no way to predict where that fish will be, but I want to try to increase my chances by fishing proven "big" fish waters. Thanks guys

Venice for the Hoo. Then get on a plane and go somewhere for her half. Venice is strictly fishing. Nothing for her there if she isn't going to fish. And I mean nothing!

Talk to Captain Eddie about when the big Hoo bite is best.

Cabo if you need to do the 50/50 in one spot.
