Put in at the Hwy 43 bridge around 1pm and what a slow and no bite afternoon. Threw it all, and not one bite!! But did see ater at 56-59 degrees. Maybe next time.

There isn't a morning bite either. The fish all feed up a week ago and r shut off. Everyone having issues

Am going to try big lake tomorrow and see what happens. Just got a phone call from a friend and he found 63 degrees at the pipeline. Sounds good to me!

I'm sure the best bite is late afternoon but they know the front is approaching which means "no bites"

Lol. I fish that lake ALOT and they aint to b found in yet. Actually been wacking them on 2 other area lakes. Caddo has been hammered already this year. So lots of areas the bite sucks in

I fished Caddo almost every weekend for 25 years. An approaching storm in the winter(especially with some wind) was a sure sign they WOULD bite. That doesn't shut them down. The lake record was caught just as a big storm was about to blow through 2 years ago next month. That's when the big sows bite at the base of the single cypress trees on the Texas side of the big lake. Fish Potters Point just before a storm. Throw an 11" worm and hang on .......
