I have a hard time being fair to the ATF because I don't think that agency should exist in the first place.

You can get that from it being out of wordpress.com, a blogging website. Its just some guy making his peace over something he heard. I wouldn't take anything from there too seriously. Its like getting all your news from the TFF Off Topic section then never looking at the link to read the story, and get the facts yourself; then you wake up and decide you should write an article about it. I can't find any other sources yet so I'm not going to jump the gun and claim abuse by the gov't.
