Fishing was fast and furious this morning on Coleto. Nothing like a bunch of fish over the side on that Rapala. If you want to read some more stop by my blog.

Good Luck and Tight Lines.

It was an awesome numbers day. The old floating Rapala minnow bait has become a forgotten tool with all the new stuff. I have not tried it in the salt, so guess that will be next. Thanks for reading my stuff.

Good Luck and Tight Lines.

Those were old talapia beds most likely. The bass stay in the backs of the creeks here for months before they spawn. They have spawned in late Feb but 90% are in March and some even April.

Just doesn`t happen here that early. Last year we were pulling fish in early March that were dripping eggs on the deck but not early Feb.

That is 30 years of fishing this lake 3 to 5 times a week. Awesome lake with Big Bass......

Throw that bait in Late April and Early May and you will catch giants here.......
