Well the weather was absolutely amazing. Fishing was not stellar. Got on the water at 6:50. Started working from the mouth of creeks and coves off he main river. Buddy of mine missed a big em on the four cast. I mean big em. But he'll that is fishing and we have all heard the stories of the one that got away. Slow reeling a rattle trap in 4-10 foot of water was working for him. And when I say reeling slow I mean slow. Started to caught a few in the top of trees that where located at the mouth of the creek or cove in that same depth. Afternoon we slow rolled spinnerbaits and that produced solid fish and a more consist bite. All in all I believe we only had 12 bite all day and landed 8. A couple of bite must have been fish moving lure off a bed. Water was clearer down towards the dam but, mid lake not to pretty. El Rincon was a great way to end a day on the water. Next week going to make another run. Good luck
